Alan provided all of the driving duties - It's good to be the driver!

We had a bunch of great prizes. The folks from Shawk Board Gear donated a padlawk system complete with booties.

Phase 5 donated the sweet Oogle and Billy took that home.

Vernor Surfboards sent up a Competitor and Josh is the proud owner of that board.

Shawk board gear also sent up two hanging board rack systems. Sofia and Shane won those.

My son James won an Inland Surfer Yellow, I think last year. Anyway we aren't eligible for any of the prizes awarded at contests that we are involved in and we always donate any prizes that James wins at other events to be used a prizes at our events. That's where this Yellow came from. Peter walked away with this nice Inland.

Little Stevie was funny. He was running all over during the prize awards, he's in almost all of the photos. He wanted to win a board and it came down to the last one and his name got pulled! He was just so thrilled!

This was my favorite picture of the day. Mike Armstrong of Calibrated brought is lovely wife and kids. Mike was saying that the boys love to run, jump and climb. Mikey, the airborne child in this photo, was being given instruction by Dad. Mike said: Now Mikey, on Three you jump. Ok, ready? One...
and at that point Mikey HURLED himself at dad - caught him off guard

Colin. We had a number of folks that hadn't ridden in ages and others that had never surfed before. Colin was a brave soul and gave it a shot.
