    Twinzer

Not to be confused with a tiwn. The twinzer has lead fins that channel water/flow to the base of the main fins and aid in attachment. We've been working with a C-5 knock-off sans the trailer fin, but hydrodynamically, while it aids with drive without affecting the turning ability of the board, you can feel a little bit of a struggle between the lead fins and the mains. I want to see how a full-on twinzer impacts drive and manuverability. Placement is per Wil Jobson's documentation.

      It sucked, the end.

The orginal Twinzer design by Jobson had intricate channels and the original bat tail, I think. I expected that the widened fin pod would affect turning, but it didn't. It also didn't "vastly" improve drive, so that being said, I can't see pursuing it unless it's in combination with the bottom shape.

Not to worry guys, I have 100 times more failures than sucesses, which makes them all the more sweet. The learning process is what is of value in the failures. I must have acquired a TON of value by that logic!
