    Even in July, you stand waist deep in the water, and your legs will go NUMB in about 15 mins. But its gorgeous. Tough to boat on, any wind or chop and you are in it, there is VERY little shelter on the lake, just a big bowl.

    We used to stay at one of the condos on south end of lake with private slip, that part is amazing. Wish it was warmer and had a few coves, would do it all the time.

      There is more than just a bumper sticker.. California also has a license plate dedicated to the Lake Tahoe basin.

        Wow.

        I'll stick to my 90 degree mud holes where I can find glass all day and polute the lake if I need to!

            Great pics, I got the chance to spend some time on the lake when my work required me to travel to Reno quite often, gorgoeus....cold but gorgeous.
