When does your NDA expire? BTW, why would they have a NDA on swim platform? You would think they would want you to show it off so they have people beating down their doors to buy it since I'm sure they aren't giving anything away.

Thanks for showing what you can!

**I see you photoshopped the platform out**
Tige tells me the ve and rz hulls are pretty much the same, when i weight my boat down, the wave shapes up and the pocket is super long with weight in the bow. but only when the back has enough weight. I run my ballast like tim's, you have to weight both sides down, then get it to list over with the people. Lately, I have been running 700# up front with either enzo sac in rear full and opposite side half full and a few peeps. Have you tried turning slightly opposite of the wave, i have found when the back gets weighted down, the water wants to creep around and over the swim platform. by turning slightly away it keeps the water off of the platform.

That's the problem with the RZ platform, if the boat leans at all that corner digs into the water and messes with the wave. I wish someone had a 24 Ve and an RZ2 that could interchange the platforms <cough> da bell </cough>. Or if he could just show us pictures of them overlayed.

Well, I guess I might have to do just that this week. However, I don't run enough ballast weight to do anything different than you guys have already tried.

Will find someone that has some fatsac's for sure.

          I'll get back to ya....

But, I am sure that Tige didn't put a round platform on the back. That would take away from the RZ affect.

Do they look like they use the same brackets or are they different?

              My prediction

Here's what I am predicting the new platform will look like, more like the Z1 platform. I could be way off base but I think those corners just need to come in and redirect the wave a little bit. Sorry for the fast image....

they definitely use the same brackets from the 06 to 07 model. However, the span between the brackets might be a little different but would need a tape measure to tell. I don't have the 24Ve here at my house since it's at the dealer trying to find a new owner.

I hope that they do that but also shorten the platform in length.

I think you got it nailed...that's basically the difference between a 24Ve and the RZ4 platform, except with angular corners instead of rounded ones.

Like I said, it's like the Z1 platform. I have been seriously kicking around the idea of buying a sheet of plywood and cutting it into this shape and putting it on for some testing. If it works, then I would get some teak and make a nice one.
