    New Wakesurfer hooked!

While we didn't get her a board, it was quite an accomplishment to get her to actually ride the board with my 13 year old son. She really looks up to him and after one ride she was hooked and couldn't wait to go again. They literally rode like this for over 10 minutes.

Way too cool!! Did he start on the board, and then did someone help her get on it after he was up?

Waterski-Rebel, He started with her on the board. You have to understand that he can start in any position on a surfboard (even sitting on it), free surf and then stand up. About the only thing he hasn't done in terms of riding position is a handstand.

ragboy, those are her swim goggles. She got sprayed in the face a little, so I suggested she wear them. She just started swim team this year and she loves it. She's only 6, but looks up to Ryan as if he were her big brother. He takes his responsibility as a role model pretty seriously with her. We were talking at dinner last night, after a few sessions on Lake Austin, how we should start a school or camp. It's so much fun!

Whatever makes them feel comfortable, works for me. ;-)

y, haven't gone to bed actually. New project, I have to work out framework and a couple of prototypes, then I can hand off to my other developers. I have to have my boat at the shop at 9am too. Getting a bigger alt and a second battery with a onboard dual bank tender.

Tell me about it. He got his boater's safety license last year so he's actually good to drive the boat. It makes a big difference getting the boat launched when I can just drop him in and then he picks me up.

                              great pics

We are going to be on LBJ the last week of July..........I'm going to have to hire your boys for some surfing lessons...........that's awesome!! Actually, we haven't invested in sacs yet.....so may wait until next summer to surf. Our 9 year old daughter is pretty good on the wakeboard, but we can't convince our 5 year old son to do it yet.....we did get him up on trainer skis while at lbj last summer.
