Too funny, I didn't do a good job of narrating did I? Dennis, my buddy is the first picture. His daughter Bri is number two. I'm trying to master that headstand and my lovely wife Judy is down between the pictures of our son, James.

TeamAllen is so right, wakesurfing is such an incredible family sport. Everyone can join in and share in the fun.

I had a picture or two from the week before - Bri took these, or at least this one with some HUGE camera. I'm lucky if I can point the correct end of the stupid thing in the right direction!

We are hitting New Melones in September for a houseboat and New Hogans is definitely one of those lakes that we do go to yearly.

Actually Hogan is down, way down. It'll only get worse as we got NO rain this year We were there last weekend and the blasted Acorn ramp is high and dry!

Is Acorn out already? I know that on mother's day when my boat blew up it was down pretty far - it's going to be tough season.

Went to Folsom yeasterday and tested a few boats at the boat show. That lake is so rough it's hard to ride...but it was better than not hitting the water!

Yeah Jeff Acorn is high and dry! I didn't go out yesterday but some friends of ours did and they called us on the way home and said the cove at Acorn is totally brown. Last time there the water was around 11 feet in the cove and they said it had dropped about three feet! Your right, it's going to be tough this year finding good, close water! Pedro looking the best so far.

Is that a Sanger V237 your riding in by any chance?

Oh man - that sucks. Razz if you hit Pedro will you give me a shout and let me know how it is?

Yep that's the Sanger V237. Do you see that last picture of James where he is ollie'ing the 360 on the white board? The Sanger has the same secondary lip like the Enzo. It creates a huge wide fat table on the top. However, it's only up front, it blends into the lip the further back you go. I think it has a ton of potential but needs more weight than we had available yesterday.

We did get the opportunity to chat with Scott Pellaton. Back in November 1989, Scott set the World Record in Speed Barefooting at 135.74 mph!

Man, this REALLY is going to be a tough season. I am going to stick it out as long as I can at oroville. Then maybe try out black butte, bullards, who knows. Don't know if I am going to have water to put 200 hrs on my boat like I did last season. We will see. Oroville is actually rising right now, for the last 3 weeks, not much though.

Pedro is around 65-68% right now. 771 foot elevation, the dam being 830 feet. The water temp is hovering right around 65-67 as of last week. What really concerns me is we have a 4 day trip to hogan on the 30th with a whole week there the July 4th week. For the first time we may have to pull out every night. I'm seriously considering pulling my res for the 4th and moving it to Pedro!

I've never met Scott but everyone i've talked to that knows him says he is super nice and very informative.

Surfdad, we were at folsom that day and the lake wasn't that good. I stopped by the dealer show that day and found out that you were going to be there. Sorry I missed you but we had the children and they all wanted to wakeboard.
