    Hey, da.bell,

Where is Rollins? I have heard about the reunion, the only issue we have is that James may have to have hernia surgery and h timing of that may make it hard to attend.

It is near Colfax, CA... About 45-60 minutes East of Sacramento on Highway 80.. It would be great to see you both there.

Sorry to hear about Jame's surgery. Hope that it isn't too serious....

Thanks for your concern...No, it's a fairly small hernia, like around 1 cm or so, we figure he did it last summer before the World's...so it's not a recent injury! TEENAGERS!

We go by Colfax just about every weekend on our way up to Sugar Bowl. Which exit off of 80?

Tell James, "chicks dig hernia scars".
That's how I got my wife... "want to see my scar?"

Finally got a chance to ride the 3'11" board. Great fun, rides just like the 4'5" I copied it from, but shorter. It allowed me to carve a bit harder without catching the flats...great experiment to see that a board under 4' can be ridden hard and just as easily as a 4'5" board.

You bet Samw - I love to inspire with my...ummm, messes. no wait they are BOARDS.

Sacnvr, may I be honest here? That was the SECOND dumbest thing I ever did! Trunking it yesterday...the water temp was 62 and the air temp fluctuated between 68 and 74 depending upon if the sun was out or the winds up. I came in after a particularly sloppy ride where I fell a bunch and I was SHAKING from the cold! I need to eat more cookies and drink more beer to build up a protective layer! Who's behind me on that?!

Judy finally went out yestrday. I had to share this picture of her. Look where she is riding she's out in the flats! She was able to cruise out there as long as she wanted.

Hey, I noticed in the last few pics you posted that your V-Drive hatch is partially opened. What's going on there?

                                Hey Dog,

I'm putting a fat buddy, filled about 1/2 way, on top the the custom sac. We've been working with a slightly taller, more vertical wake face. The addition of that...I guess it's 125 pounds achieves it, but it causes the hatch to pop open...I've been using a bungee cord to connect the hatch to the opposite side hatch.
