Hey Greg thanks! The CF really has a great look. In my research on foam I actually found some Aluminum foam!!!! I guess that there are a bunch of metalized foams. Now when I win the lottery, I'm buying some!

Drilled a 1" hole that will eventually house a goretex vent and then poured in a gallon of Xylene. It will require a few more gallons and some agitation to get rid of the EPS core.
