Very interesting stuff, but man you must have a lot of time on your hands to be doing all of this? Not only doing it, but documenting it for us, awesome job!

Nah, mostly just organization. So far, the time to write it up has been more than the actual time I've spent cutting and drawing You'll laugh, but I have the whole build planned and written down on paper with the DAYS I'm going to do it on. My employees hate me for this sort of stuff. If I sat down and went straight through I could shape and glass a PUPE board in a day, with time for lunch, dinner and a beer. I'd guess...4 hours in total. I'd bet folks like Billy at ASC could shape a standard shape in under an hour, and glass and hotcoat with Polyester in another hour or so. I can probably do a compsand in 2 days the stupid epoxy has to cure and that's what takes so long.
