    @dtown

    ROTFLMAO.

Now that's funny. I was at the hotel when I saw the second sticker, and they were at the lake. I did debate driving down to the lake, but I figured nothing good would come of it. And all my kids are all standing there, "what are you going to do Dad?" I gave Calibrated the opportunity to be men, by walking up to them face to face and they chose to be weasels. If I went down there, then I start stooping to their level. Now I am posting here, and it is clear they are weasels, and I refrained.

I told my son, we all do stupid things. If he stickered someone's boat, he would be waxing it, with me standing behind him the whole time with a paddle. We do something stupid, we make it right. But that second sticker... I swear you could see smoke rise from my head while I was staring at that.

They nailed me to. I'm suprised that they could reach my back window, and took the time to get it straight. I know Mike wasn't thinking of it as de facing anyones property, but fact is, it is. He knows that I am a dedicated Shred Stixx rider, and now a Calibrated won't even be concidered in the future.
      BAD move Mr. Armstrong!!

Could you even imagine what would happen to a guy if he were to do a similar thing at a hog rally like Sturgis?

If Mike didn't think of it as defacing he is a true moron. Would you give a moron your credit card information to purchase a baord?

          Unbelievable!!!

Looks like Surfdad is all over it, as it should be. Hopefully, the organizers will make it clear that Calibrated has some sucking up to do if they want to continue to play.

              Which was your car?

It was defacing, and I made that clear to him, and he still put another on. The crazy thing is, why did they do it, better advertising? Get the name out? It did the exact opposite. We are looking for a new board for RJ, and I sent him to all the board companies at the comp except for Calibrated, and only because of the sticker thing.

I thought it was one of the team.

OK, now I thought the older guy was the owner, and the guy that told me he did it, was a team rider or something.

So I did a search and found this picture:

The caption on this image is that THIS is Mike Armstrong the OWNER of Calibrated. That is the guy that tagged my boat, and I guess the other vehicles himself. He is the one that apologized to me, and then didn't do anything. I didn't realize I was speaking to the owner, and that he did it himself.

                I found that image here:

It the owner of the company was the one tagging stickers on vehicles, the owner has a lot to learn about morals. This is totally unacceptable and should be IMHO banned from future wakesurfing comp's.

I didn't realize that was the owner. The older guy that brushed me off, I don't know who he was, but I thought he was the owner. But that guy in that picture, is DEF the guy that said he did it, and would remove them. And that picture has a caption that that is Mike Armstrong, owner of Calibrated. And I know the other guy is Chase.

That's just wrong, very unprofessional, I will count them out of the running when I finally get a board. I used to race nitro RC cars and one of the teams did a similar thing with stickers on vehicles, not a single one of their cars made it to the finals. It was kind of dumb for them to do it before the finals. The last race with one of their cars in it was like a demolition derby since it was their most talented racer, but he still suffered. He tried to contest it, but since they tagged the head officials cars too, they gave them the big no go. Hopefully Calibrated will make it right.

Any chance that you'll be running into him at future Wakesurfing competititions? Then what?

Probably, I plan on continuing our involvement in INT and other wakesurfing venues. Honestly, I am not angry anymore, I am more astonished. I thought the guy I was talking to was a rider, maybe 30, and immature, probably doesn't own his own boat. But the owner? Seriously, that just blows my mind. He of all people should know to respect other's Rigs. I have had my experience with Calibrated and don't plan to have another, especially as a customer. I doubt he will be looking for me either. He still has the opportunity to make it right, and I hope he finds a way to make it right with all the people he affected. Man, what a dumb thing to do.
