Yeah, true. But I sure love being out on the boat and towing them all, much better than sweating in some all star baseball bleachers.

    There you go!

This INT is different from the rest. The rest have been at villa logos, a private lake that is small that you camp on and watch all the action from the shore. This one is in the delta, and we are all going to be tying our boats together and watching from the boat. I kinda like that idea. Going to be fun.

Try going with a surfskate style board. My boys are riding the one from TrickBoardz. They can get pretty far back in the wake and still recover. Can't wait to get Larry's new fiberglass board...it screams!

The inland surfer skim we have, is very much like that. It is very fast, but it wants to slide more than it wants to turn, like the video of the surfskate shows. Where the cybershapes, is a fast turner, and gives you the feel of surfing/shredding the wave, which the kids really like, and I like too. But the cybershapes could use some more speed.

              Surfdad sent me this Greg:

"The registration starts at 9am, contest starts at 10am - +/- at least that's our scheduled start time.

My guess is that it will take us 6 hours or so to finish up. Award Ceremony at the end and we'll probably award prizes throughout the day."

              Hope that helps!

Been wiped out this last week after INT and the INT wakesurf contest at the delta. Surfdad posted some pictures here, was a ton of fun. Would have been better if it didn't get so windy. My son RJ got 3rd in novice, Ashley and Whitney gave it their best. Would love to see a mens and womens novice in the future, just a thought.

                            Hey Rag,

Are you talking about an over 16 novice split by gender? Yeah, that's probably a good idea. I also think we need an intermediate division, what happens is that we get folks that can ride, but can't compete with the advanced men and so...end up in the existing novice division.

I understand, not complaining, just a suggestion. We are already registered for worlds. I even signed up Maddie (9). She can get up but hasn't been able to freeride. However, friday night, I got her freeriding and on tape. So we will keep practicing. RJ is on a Yellow Loogey now, which is faster than the Cybershapes, and is really starting to shred more. He is starting to get the lip slides, and I can see some air coming in eventually. Maybe a little by worlds.

You can see them on vid by clicking HERE.
