Was just at my local Sport Chalet and they were selling 06 Hyperlite Landlocks for $175. Seemed liked a smoking deal.

I thought about it, but I already have the Inland Surfer Red Tide. I need to get a smaller board for my daughter and her friends.

$175 is pretty cheap. Not exactly a girl board though. Hell, all the girls on my boat have trouble with the old Landlock, which is now the 5'6" Broadcast. They love the Phase 5 Icon I got for my wife.

It kills me. With the HL line, the smaller the board, the bigger the price tag.

Haha. No, never.

Actually, I feel pretty good about the $300 I spent on my Walzer. Custom is expensive but generally worth it.
