Money- Was the 800 in the back all on one side or was it split? Are you weighting to one side?
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

I'M 6'-8" AND AROUND 260 LBS AND WE HAVE TRIED EVERY SPEED AND TAPS SET UP WE CAN THINK OF..... I THINK I NEED A 10' LONG BOARD OR MAYBE I JUST SUCK AT SURFING
I had about the same ballast weight as you last year and I am just a little heavier than you. I cannot get a steady slack in the rope. The red tide is the length as your board but I believe wider. I have seen people larger than us free surfing with it. I believe I have 2 issues

        1) ballast weight . This should be fixed now as i have the same setup as talltigeguy
        2) I only get a few pulls a year since i cannot get another boat driver to pull me. I need mo practice. Additional boat drivers please feel free to apply

Especially since commercial airlines stopped flying into Havasu as of last week. Now I have to rent a plane and a pilot to get him here.

Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity. Albert Einstein

I had one on the floor and one on the seat..... and the bow sac up front.

I usually stack both 400's in the back locker but we just went out for a day trip I had some chairs and crap that I didn't want to move....yes I was being lazy. The wake was bigger because of the new bow sac but not big enouf...
