I am having trouble dialing in my wake for surfing. I have a wake setter on the opposite side. I have an after market sac on the back corner locker that I would guess is 500 lbs and I added a 750 fatsac on the seat in the corner (which I’m also having trouble keeping it on the seat) and the wake is big enough but not super clean unless I’m going 11.5 or faster. It seems like the wake is really short which is hard to stay in the pocket. Help!

Sounds like most, if not all, of your ballast is on the surf side. This renders a side mounted surf device fairly ineffective.
Does the boat have factory ballast?Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

I surf at 11.8-12.2 on my 22VE, hauling more weight faster you can get big wave height using TAPS adjustments and use speed for adjusting the length. The extra speed firms the face of the wave considerably as well.
My set up-Custom wake shaper placed on the flat bottom section as low and far back as possible angled down slightly.
About 1200 surf side, 900 or so opposite corner, 650 in the bow, people to sit favoring the surfside as much as possible, I can run TAPS higher with more weight in the bow (usually have anywhere from 4-8 on board)
TAPS at 4-6 depending on port or starboard wave.
Speed 11.8-12.2.

A short wave is characteristic of not enough boat wieght. Also, the non-surf side should be weighted at around 80% at least, of the surf side.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More
