Having trouble setting up rz2 wake to get good push and steep long wake. My 2014 surf supreme without surf tabs was a much better wake with great push and steepness. Have tried filling ballast at 100% as well as different variations in front/rear. Tried speeds from 11-12 mph but seemed way to fast to keep up. Worked better at slower speeds. Keep hearing/reading about this great tige wake but not getting it for the price of the boat. I'm sure I'm missing something. Any suggestions?

Everything depends on what you like.
What makes a big difference is adding weight. Adding a 400lbs fatsac under the side seat of your surfing side makes day and night difference or changing the rear sac with the custom "L" shape (wakemarkers w005).
And what about your taps? You don't say on what taps your tried..
Surfing port side or starboard side is pretty important to know either.
If you have a skim board try to ride at 10.4
Both rear full, surfing side front ballast full other one empty.
Center taps at 3 and taps3 at 2. That's my preference.
Low speed and less bow weight help getting a higher wave.
If you have a surf style board try to ride at 10.8. Center taps at 4 and taps3 at 1. All ballast full
More speed and more bow weight helps getting a longer wave.
But as I said this is with more weight than OEM.
You can add lead weight, 20l water bottle, bring more friends. Plenty options but adding weight is pretty a must.
That's the negative point.. oem ballast could be more.

Mike88, I have factory L shaped 900# in each corner with 300# each side in the front factory. I like skim board style. I haven't tried front weight on surf side only and leaving other front empty. Center taps I've run at 3-5 and taps3(I'm assuming is the number between right and left surf screen) is at 8-9 but I will try lower. On my supreme I surfed 10.4. I will try that and see if there is no wash. Thanks for the info. Not sure how to add more weight except on top of the seat as the current bags run all the way under side seating.

rear sac with the custom "L" shape (wakemarkers w005).
The W005 can be had through ANY Fly High dealer. Check to find one that supports the Tige community.
There are also larger custom sacs that can be had for the RZ2 boats. They hold about 1200 lbs.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

With taps 3 boats they need a ton of rear even weight way above stock. But once you get it right watch out. I would take what you have back there currently total and add half that much more evenly to both sides 800+ (400 a side)
Talk to a custom bag company like Mike or someone else and have them make you a set of bigger bags and or add steel bags which are my preference..
As for your settings.. You need way more surf plate in the water 1-4 is sufficient. Your taps 2 is in the ball park.Germaine Marine

Run the fronts even and until you get more weight no more then 30%.Germaine Marine

I'm a little confused about which taps I'm adjusting. Which is surf plate? The plate adjustment on the throttle? Which is taps 2? Which is Taps 3? I just want to make sure I'm adjusting correct plates and buttons. Thanks guys. I appreciate the help. I love the boat and have heard how great the wake can be.

I have the same boat as you.
I have 250 of lead in each rear locker. I always run the rears at 100%
Fronts are at 50 to 75. I move the 25 from side to side depending on surf side.
Not sure if your boat has an inclinometer? Mine does when on ballast view.
I aim for bow rise of 9 degrees it’s not always possible if you have a lot of people in the bow.
Typically this is throttle taps (taps 2) is set to 2 to 4... anything more than 5 and it gets crappy...
In terms of roll I like to see 4 to 5 degrees. If you have surf band you can adjust taps 3 side taps and figure out how much roll you like. I find I’m at 1 to 3 maybe 4 if I have a lot of people on the surf side.
As an FYI if you run full load in the front the wave gets longer and you can get way back but it’s a lot less fun. Get the nose up and enjoy the push you can mess around and recover much easier. It took me a little while to figure this out but keep trying it’s a great boat!
