If I was you and if you had a foam pad and sanding screen handy I would smooth the lines and transition between the deck and rails more. Pictures can be deceiving, but it looks like you have some flat spots, high spots and low spots.
It also looks pretty thin, but this may be OK depending on you size.

Thanks Nick. One of the great things about this forum is the professional advice you can get.
You are correct on not enough time with the foam and sanding screen. It made me laugh because I thought I had it really smooth and level and blended nicely. Then, slap some fiberglass on it and you see every dip and ridge.
I think it delaminated in that spot because of operator error. I think I was too worried about saturating the laps and keeping the rails smooth. I think I didn't work that area enough with the squeegee. The second spot was where it slid off the stand while sanding and I didn't catch it.
Nice thing is I learned a little about repair work.
Thanks for the advice. I'm already thinking about building a second one.
