Solo Surfer. No driver needed?

I ran across this looking for some info on Bear Lake on the UT/ID border.
Pretty amazing. I can't do that with a driver.

cant even describe how stupid this is when people do this, guys in the boat watching him, not watching they are goin, that is just for starters, then think of all the people who already don't like surf boats on the lakes and then you have these clowns.

At least he has people in the boat, see a few were there are no people in the boat. Even ran across one of guy that loses the pocket and his boat just keeps going. Nothing like watching your 80k Malibu go rolling down the lake with no one in it. Stupid people!!!!

I beleive all these "ghost driver" surf videos are a hoax. After seeing the one posted where the surfer lost the wave and boat kept going for about 5 seconds before the vid was stopped and there was never any post story about a driverless boat incident?????? I call BS on all of them. If that boat truly had not dirver, I want to see the entire unedited clip showing what happened to the boat.
