    My .02....

What was the speed? Taps? Ballast config?

Maybe a bit more weight in rear...did you fill bag till it ran out the side of the boat?

Adding to front, as others will tell you , will lengthen the pocket...but yours looks do able.

Shoulders look ok...maybe get them and your hips a bit more parallel to boat

Maybe get the front foot a little more towards wake, or inside of board to help dig into wave more.

Definately practice speeding up and slowing down with the rope in hand and with slack...you are still surfing if you have the rope with slack

Most times id bet you will fall off the sweetspot because you arent good at keeping your speed. I find with my braodcast, its so slow, you really need to work to keep it going.

    Looking good!

Move your front foot more toe-side (to the inside of the board toward the wake) and get your weight on the balls of your feet rather then the heels.

Your on your way for sure!
Just add peeps surf side....then like all have said toes closer to the wake and if you keep falling out try moving your back food forward 3-4 inches....this will move your body weight over the board rather then digging in the front.....getting close.....

Your going to want to upgrade your board soon..

For safety it is better to get a surf rope or make a rope that doesn't have the big handle. When you fall if it catches your foot or one of your guests feet it will turn from fun to trouble.

Looking good. The surf bug is easy to catch.
