Done right. All sorts of various wood, Obeechi, Eucalyptus, Walnut. Also a red and blue painted pinline around the carbon fiber and veneer. PLUS, check the carbon'ized fin boxes.

I'll get some more up close photo's over the weekend.

using same shape or different approach? Can't recall the history. Geez almost hate to put traction on top of that wonderful looking top.

Thanks Jim, I know, makes me want to just put it on the wall it's so beautiful. You may remember that I did that test of the Walnut panel in the nose of one board, this is an elaborate extension of that There is some functionality in there but most just asthetics. Like Nickypoo mentioned awhile back, veneers can create a remarkable look when done right. Paint and graphics are fine but this is really unique and shows such amazing craftsmanship.

Thanks! It's really a unique look. We've done the 'boo veneer for about a year now and it's functional and all, but bland due to it's uniformity. I really like how the various wood tones came together on this.

Beautiful! Did you do it all yourself or did you have some help? Don't break that sucker, it needs to go on the wall at some point!

Thanks guys, we really liked the way it came out.

@ Timmy oh, no Stretch built that for us. You can see his logos on the deck and bottom. We did that first test board and then took that info down to them for this build.
