Thanks guys! No Nick, I am probably close to the 50% rate. Maybe I'll get better when it's warmer!

Is that bamboo veneer board with the Inland Surfer sticker on it new or just new stickers?

You have a good eye Timmy! It's semi-new, James has a few different ones and he just stickered them up a bit ago. Hopefully they all "look" the same

What were the temps there surfdad?

In anticipation of my first ride of the year, I decided to jump on my skateboard and try to get my sealegs back under me. I took a little running start out of the garage, made big bottom turn down the driveway, aired it out off the transition from driveway to sidewalk and into the street. Upon landing, I think I hit a rock because the board just stopped. I didn't. I flew forward and stuck my left elbow and right palm right into the street. It had been a while since I had a good hard skate crash. It f'n hurt but, all I could do was laugh. First turn of the day and I wad myself up. It was funny.

Ouch Nick! I need to get out my Ripstick and start getting the feeling back...and try not to kill myself.

Ya dude, I'm a little sore today. Scabbed up left elbow, really sore right wrist and a bruised left hip. A good little dose of humanity. I actually feel good knowing I can still go out and crash. Let's me know I'm not being a pansy.

I think I'll pass on the whole non-pansy verification! The water was cold to me, high 50's through the main part of the lake and in the deeper areas. James was in a wetsuit and I was in a semi-drysuit. It reminds you that you have nerve endings on your feet and hands!

Looking forward to getting you out behind the boat, Nick.

High 50's definitely not warm. Borderline trunkin' it water though. Looking forward to it.

Nicky... DOH! Been there, and the little human couldn't stop laughing for a good 30 mins.

I'm alive! Sheesh I had some nasty bug that kicked my butt, but felt well enough to go out for an hour today. It was warm enough for Judy to suit up!
