Can This boat be Wakesurfed?

Just got my boat, its a 1998 Pre2050wt. Makes a decent wake for wakeboarding, but I have yet to try wakesurfing with it.

I have a 350lb fat sack from my old boat I will use in addition to people in the back.

Has anyone used this boat (or a similar boat) for wakesurfing?

I had a 1998 pre 21i and could wakesurf behind it never got ropeless but that could have been the lack of skill/ an board I was using.

I like wake boarding more so I never tried getting my wake surf wave any better.

Thanks for the input...I think i'll probably just stick to wakeboarding as well. I don't want to put that much stress on the boat anyways.
