Then start your 3 in the same spot, but do your first 180 near the top of the wave and then finish the rotation as you are doing your re entry. It might help if you get a little bit lower in your stance also until you get familiar with the feeling of spinning. Also look first and your body will follow. I find turning my head and dipping my front shoulder when I start my rotation works well. Time on the water fixes most things. Stick with it.

Where are you having trouble? What kind of board and fins are you using? I only do 360s on our skim board. A lot of work and effort on our surf board. We ride XXX boards.
Bend your knees and stay low. 'Karate chop' the wake to help initiate the turn. Keep your eyes open. With my skim board I like to try and keep the board 'flat' and let the karate chop and then the wave turn me.
And I agree w/everyone else. You need to clean up your wave. Usually TAPS can help w/that. Good luck.www.surfaustex.com

7" depth?! Holy crap! That's definately a significant part of the problem. You can get FCS fins pretty cheaply - 4 inch depth should be plenty and will still give you the proper rake and base. Agree with the above, rail fins only and not the trailer. Not so much for the drag issue, which is accurate, but with a thruster pattern you have to have the trailer out of the water otherwise you are going to turn a huge-a$$ circle rather than spinning a 3.
Props is an offshoot of Ezera Surfboards, Dave Pearson is the shaper and he is quite knowledgeable, but I think tends to think "ocean" rather than wake
Agree with everyone about cleaning up the face if it feels like it's grabbing the board and preventing the rotation...sometimes the crappy water lets the board spin freely, there is less tracking. I know on my wake when it has that wash, it's really hard to get the rail through it.
For me, I have to get my front foot to come around on the peak of the wake, or I am out-of-position and it won't work for me. Just looking at that first picture, you have an odd weight distribution. If you make it around at all, I'm thinking you're just going to bury the nose. Is that what happens?
Here is a sequence shot of me from yesterday, I am mostly level going into the rotation, with just a slight amount of weight bias forward. I don't have the ability to shift my weight fast enough during the rotation, so I sort of go into it with that slight bias. If I don't have that slight forward bias, I fall out the back off the tail of my board.
Hope this helps!Buy my kid's board! http://www.flyboywakesurf.com
