          @RB - so does!

          I was hoping that Dennis was going to attempt to get Robert up on the Cruiser(s) they had. As for a prototype, we have one It's 5 foot'ish and neutral bouyant - just need it to warp a little more so we have some rocker

              are you really? Which direction: Lodi, Galt, Herald or one of the islands?

              Dennis lives up in the Shingle Springs area off of 50.

                Herald, although I claim Galt since more people know where that is.

                Usually up in the Meadows/Snodgrass Slough with my brother and our friends.

                  I will be getting out myself tomorrow or make a run this weekend with RJ and Whitney. I don't think the cruiser will work, but I am going to try 3 boards we have, the cruiser, the long board, the door.

                  FiveFlat, you know, you are very close and you are looking for a boat, feel free to him me up and come up for a demo. We would love to take you for a nice afternoon ride on the RZ2, and you can bring your family. We have plenty of room because we have the pontoon boat in the slip next to us. So we can load up in both, and just switch people as needed. And if the kids get bored, there are the waverunners. I don't remember how many in your family, but anytime. Just email me, I miss the PMs all the time.

                    Thanks Robert! I'd love to do that. Gotta figure out our schedule first. Wife is recovering at the moment so she can't go out on a boat for a few more weeks.

                      np, we ride all the way through october. And remember that she can sit comfortable on the pontoon while we surf. The pontoon has a big ol bimini and very comfortable.

                      Here is a pic.

                        Nice, someone in our groups needs to buy a pontoon boat. We always end up with way too many people in a boat and need to offload some of them. But that's one of the reasons I'm looking for my own boat too...

                                It's a problem for big guys. I know how to surf, too. I even spent some time with Billy Clark @ ASC. His opinion was a custom board. You guys might want to collaborate because I know a lot of big guys (250+) who want to ride. It's my experience that no matter what the manufacturer says, if you're over 250, they don't really make boards for you.

                                My cousin, about 6'1", 300 lbs, was riding ImaPigDog's IS Red Woody without a rope and moving up and down the wake. This was behind my 2010 RZ2 with only 600 lbs. in the rear goofy side, about 150 lbs. up front and six people in the boat. Taps was at five, give or take one.
