Board question

I am using an Inland Surfer Blue Lake. I'm 5'11", 200 lbs. My girlfriend is starting to surf now. She's able to drop the rope. 5'5", 135 lbs. Would it be beneficial to get a board for her? If so, any recommendations?

My wife really love her Phase 5 Prop. 5'7" 135. They are pretty spendy but it has been a fantastic board for her. Plus it fits in a regular board rack. Actually all of our boars do. What can I say, we are a skim style family. My wife also really like my buddy's IS 4Skim. I like it a lot as well. Once again, skim styley.

I would let her ride a little more, untill she can tell you how she wants the board to ride. skim or surf style will be the biggest factor.
