Finally rode out a 360...

Yesterday we borrowed a TWP board from someone at our lake and for the first time I was able to ride out a 360 and do a few more tricks! Sorry, just had to post because I have been trying to do this for years!

Not sure what the model of board was, I think it might be an F18. It's a Wakeoutlaws branded TWP that is brown/gold in color. Awesome board, super fast and light. I see why you pay a little more $$$ for the good boards, almost seemed like cheating. The only thing I didn't like about it is that IMO it needed a little more rocker as the nose was just mm's from going under all the time but maybe that's how true surf style boards are supposed to be.

Congrats timmmy I have a TWP F-18 and I will agree it is light years better than most of the stamped out mass production boards.

I was blown away how easy my TWP board spun the first time I tried. I know I would have the 360 locked down if it wasn't for my Sweet Little girl being born last week.

What did you have before? I though you had inland surfer?.. I'm in the same boat... I can 360 but can't ride it out... I'm on a IS red woody with the big boy fins...

I want to ride it out more then anything!!!!!!

I have an 2007.5 Inland Yellow Loogey but I think I am at the top of the weight range (I'm 190) for it. I just borrowed this board for a couple of hours. I am supposed to hook up with CrazyJ and try out some Shred Stix here sometime soon to see if we might pick one of those up.

I'm jealous. I think I tried a 360 about 25 times last Saturday at Empire. I spun it all the way around no problem and was even on top of the board, but just could not get it to ride forward. SOOO CLOSE! Was trying it on my green loogey.

I did however start off the platform without a rope and caught the wave for the 1st time. I need to ride with you sometime Timmy, maybe you can give me some 360 pointers!

My camper was RIGHT next to his before we moved it. Have just been going out for day trips last few times. We were out there Saturday. We were the boat surfing that didnt have a tower. My new tower wont be ready so we are going to ride the dirtcycles Friday and have other plans this weekend. 7/25 will probably be the next day we get out there.

Oh, I did see you then! I thought it was weird that a Z1 didn't have a tower, thought maybe someone was just a hardcore skier and really liked the Z1 for that. I didn't go to Clint's camp, just saw him out on the lake and hit him up for the board.

Oh Clint had the F18?? I will have to hit him up sometime to try it out. I've been interested in their boards. They have so many choices though, I don't know which way to go.

I think that's what it is but I am not real sure on that. He likes the CWB Tsunami better.... I want to buy that off of him...
