    Thanks guys!

@ contlee - I have a custom fat sac that fills up everything under the port side - so it's the locker, as well, as under the bench seat. Theoretically, I believe it holds 1,300 pounds, but I'd estimate it's actually around 1,100 or so pounds. We normall ride with our buddy Dennis who we place on the bench seat in the raer corner, he's 265 or so pounds. Yesterday we just had Scotty, that skinny kid in the second picture. He MIGHT weight 60 pounds! Figure 110 for him. I then filled up a fat buddy and placed that on the seat. It's about 200 pounds. Plus I was driving, so we had 300 pounds of people ballast, full tank of gas, 1,300 pounds of water ballast and my TAPS is broken on 4'ish.

okay thank you very much surfdad. Did you have any weight in the bow of the boat. I know everyone always says that you should put weight in the front to lengthen the pocket

I don't use any weight in the bow. For whatever reason on my hull, it doesn't lengthen the pocket at all, just knocks the height down and mellows out the wake. The only way I can get any additional length is with speed. We typically run at 11.

Surfing at Lake Lou Yaeger, IL

Great surfing yesterday (I even made it into the water!). Still waiting on our TWP F-18 custom board. Cannot wait! But our IS Blue Quad (run as twin) is still taking good care of us.

Checked out a new lake for us. Lake Lou Yaeger, about 1 hr 15 mins from St Louis. No jet skis allowed weekends/holidays

While the lake is 8 miles long (about .5 miles wide), only about 2/3 is safely navigable and less than half deeper than 15 feet. Nonetheless, it was not all that busy and everyone was very friendly. We got a lot of stares and puzzled expressions. Very few wake boats and no one else surfing we saw.
