There is a fantastic thread already put up on this same topic. Several pages long and packed full of great information. Unfortunately the new forum makes it very difficult to find old threads. I couldn't find it so I can't post a link to it. Maybe someone else will be able to find it....

Bow weight. Rzx3 loves bow weight more than any other tige

In general, get the bow down and running faster will lengthen /flatten the wave
