Wakesurfing at Lake Powell, July 2009

Here are some pictures of some of the wakesurfing adventures on our recent Lake Powell trip. We spent the week at the mouth of Gunsight Canyon.

My daughter, 8 months pregnant (tall, don't look at this). She took it easy most of the time, but couldn't resist surfing.

Not really wakesurfing, but on a wakesurfboard, I never thought that they would be able to pull this off:

Brady, son-in-law goin off the lip:

Me: still working on that 360:

Becky, Daughter; cranking off the bottom:

    Kirby, son-in-law; cruisin:

    Tyler,son:

Blair, daughter-in-law; (the only regular in our family):

Nephew Grant, first time on a boat, he surfed, skied and wakeboarded, did quite well for a first timer:

Troy (Son); really started to shred:

    The new board (birthday present):

    New board in action:

Yes, she is eight months pregnant, contrary to Doctors orders, but she couldn't resist. She took it easy though and should deliver within the next two weeks.

My family got a walker project board for my birthday, I think that they referred to it as the bullet, 4'7". It's a tri fin which has proven to add alot of versatility, using one, two or three fins.
