New boards for my kids this Christmas questions

    My son has huge feet.
Anyone recomend what direction to go in new bindings for him?
    He's a size 12 extra wide. He'll be 6'5 within a few years too.

I'd like to buy good quality bindings,, and a new board to go along with it.
I'm going to go to Tige' in Corona to buy it,, Anyone have the same issue with their big hooves,, and a resolution like a suggestion of what bindings line offers a good fit?

His girlfriend has huge feet too.
If they ever have a kid,, she'll give birth to a foot.

In contrast,, my daughter is full grown, 85 lbs and tiny,, size 5 feet. Lucky for her, we won some excellent, awsum, anodized green bindings at the Tige' re-onion.

Thanks for any similar experiences and suggestions.

Flying Tiger - I'm in a similar situation. I have size 12 feets and about 5'11'' and growing. I wear size large, XL's seemed a little too big, but I have very narrow feet. I ride Hyperlite Temet Bindings and they fit my just right. I don't know what Tige in Corono's Pro Shop sells, but there are tons of different bindings that would work.

I weigh around 140 give or take a few, and I ride a 136 cm board. For your son, I'd look at a board around the same size, and the model depending on his skill level.

If you go to www.boardstop.com, they have a board finder where you enter weight, height, skill, etc. and they give you a list of good boards that will work. It's very good help.

Ive got size 12 feet. I have hyperlite era's on my temet and Parks signature boots on my tfd. Id say that the Parks are great very godo fit, you really feel in control and have alot of support. Other than the Parks i have been in some liquid force ultra suctions and i still think that they are an awesome binding for comfort and support for big feet. Have them try on both the Parks and the Ultra suction and go from there.

          Bindings

I have one 15 year old customer that wears a 15 wide and can get in the XL LF Transits. His toes hang out the end but they are the only ones wide enough for him. The LF Minx L runs pretty large for a woman also. It seems all my teenage customers have huge feet.

            Thanks for the kind replies.
            I'll use all your info.

He has a nice Hyperlite board now,,, he's outgrown it,, but his girlfriend fits perfectly so all is not lost.

So it's a new board and bindings under the tree, with a new Tige sweatshirt (finally Tige' clothing that you can read what it says),, and some performance mods to his YFZ 450,,, and few kind words,, and a trip to the dunes.

            Oh yea,, video games too,,,

            Thanks again for everyones imput.

My son has size 13 feet (UK) but he has a very narrow foot. He had been wearing a pair of Hyperlite Parks bindings but they would be more suited to a wider foot. For 2005 he will be using the Hyperlite ERA boots which are designed for a narrow foot.

The Parks bindings are really comfortable and have a really good footbed.

                I hope this helps.
