On another note, stay away from the high end bindings of CWB then... They cover the toe even with open toe bindings.

i've got closed toe watson's and they feel great. i was totally a disbeliever but i had a deal i couldn't pass up and scored some for wholesale price when they 1st came out. after one session i decided i loved them. after a few sessions they mold up to your feet and feel amazing. never had hot feet from them. early this year when riding in cold water they actually did keep my toes from going numb though. you do gain a little more control of the board since you can use your toes for leverage.Comment
