Best access point to change out a bilge on a 22Ve 2006?

I have a 2006 22Ve and I am replacing the bilge pump... does anyone have any ideas on how to access the old one to replace it with the new one... where is the best access point...? I am having a hard time getting to it even with all of the panels off around the engine... any thoughts?

Should be able to lay down on the starboard side and reach the pump from the rear.

if you take out the 3-4 screws that hold in the back pannel it makes it a whole lot easier. and its a must when you a fat body like me.ballast make its even more of a challenge. good luck
