When was the last time you changed the fuel filter/water separator?

If it is water in the fuel, heat can help take care of this. By "heat" I mean the fuel tank additive

We filled up and it cranked fine but because of Hurricane Ike we did not have time to run it around the lake. Is it easy to change the fuel filter/water separator?
