Anybody know what the part # is for the throttle assembly that Tige used on a 2004 Switch I? I started the boat with the fake a lake tonight. After starting I noticed that the prop was spinning while it was supposed to be in neutral. It definantely was not in gear.

I'd be looking at the trans end of the throttle cable and the neutral safety switch on the side of the trans. Something is not right down there. You are correct the prop should not be spinning while in neutral and you do not want to do that without water cooling the prop shaft bushings. But, the trans must be in gear for the prop to turn. The linkage connection must have slipped or your NSS is shorted inside for it to start in gear.
