Walter V Drive Model #?

Does anyone know the model # of the Walter V-Drive on an 01 23V? I have the Syncrotech (blue colored transmission) with a Mercruiser 350 Mag MPI. Are they all the same for this boat and engine?

I wont have a chance to look at my boat until the weekend otherwise I would just check.
