I was out for the first time this year (03 21i) and the boat ran great for a couple of hours on the easy stuff but when were working it hard pulling a boarder up and around it started to give me 2 consecutive beeps and would do this for a while and then it would just shutdown on me - then restart fine after a bit. I just installed a new impellar and all guages seemed to be okay. Do I have bad gas or maybe some kind of sensor problem? Is there a way to hook a scan or diagnostic tool up to read any stored codes?

Your local dealer can probably hook up a scanner. I would check fuel pressure at the rails and then trouble shoot it back from there. Read a couple of the fuel problem threads on this forum, they might help you out."I feel sorry for people that don't drink, when they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're gonna feel all day" - Frank Sinatra

Main wiring harness
After talking to a couple of you guys with the same problem, I disconnected my big round wiring harness at the back of the engine - cleaned it real good, spread the pins apart and put it back together. I took the boat out the next day and ran it for about 6 hours straight with no problem at all! I am glad that's all it was.
