WHAT BRAND AND MODEL STEERING CABLE IS NEEDED FOR A 21I

NEED TO REPLACE MY STEERING CABLE AND WANTED TO KNOW WHERE TO BUY BESIDES THE DEALERSHIP. (MY DEALER IS TO FAR AWAY TO DEAL WITH)
WHICH BRAND AND HOW DO I KNOW WHICH MODEL I NEED.

I just replaced the steering cable on my 21i today
the brand i used is called Teleflex
now im not sure what exact model it is
but its either the sc 134xx or sc 154xx

I just talked to a mechanic about replacing mine. He said the model is stamped on the cable. Either by the steering wheel or back by the prop. I haven't looked yet though.

This thread is from Sept of 07 so hopefully kalgwl got his fixed From what everybody says, the length can be found at/close to either end.
