I have looked the front of the motor and pulley's up and down and cannot see how to get an intact serpentine belt off?? There is a bracket that holds the impeller housing and a couple hoses on front of the lower pulley that runs back to the port side of the motor. The belt is around that bracket. Does the bracket need to unbolt from the block to get the bad belt off and the two news ones on?
