I'm running a 03 Tige 22V with PCM 330. Wife and I loved the throaty exhaust when we bought the bought new in 03 but now we would like to be able to talk over the engine and hear our msuic while riding. I assumed this was not pissible until riding behind a SAN 210 a couple w.e. ago. I've looked around but come up short on ideas for aftermarket exhaust mods. I should also add that I experiemented with a FAE this summer with questionable results. The system absolutely made the engine quite, and helped with exhaust oder, but it also made a nasty rooster tail, seemed to impact steerability, and casued some coughing at surf speed. The FAE gents were very professional about it and refunded my money. Im on their list for the next rev but in the meantime need to come up with a solution. Any ideas are appreciated! Any other FAE experiences?
