Whats the procedure for fogging the engine for storage

have 2001 21i with 305 mag mpi
not sure of the steps
1. change oil
then fog engine? then let the engine suck coolant in? am i doing that in the right order???
Also whats the procedure to fog engine....i have the spray

Change oil first, than hook up what ever you are going to use to put in the antifreeze. Remove spark arrester, start engine to fill filter and check for leaks. Start your antifreeze flowing, when your antifreeze gets near empty, start spraying in the fogger and shut off engine after 1/2 a can or when the antifreeze is empty
