    Boat is very hard to turn - 2009 22ve

    I just took out my boat for the first time this season and it is very hard to turn. Steering cable? Is this something I can repair myself?

    Steering cable is most likely. Not an impossible job. bent rudder as an outside chance.

        steering cable is an easy fix but it does take a little time.... well it was easy on my 05 22v if you do it just remember to tape the new one to the old one as you pull it through. If you dont then i imagine it would be a hard shitty job lol.
