I have a 2004 Tige 24V w/ Marine Power 350 MPI. My engine cold starts fine, runs good most of the time, but several times every outing the boat just dies randomly, usually at low RPM, usually after slowing down after a surf run to pick someone up. When it dies it kind of sputters like its running out of fuel. It will usually start up right away after a few cranks, sometimes, I need to wait a few minutes. When it starts back up I usually gun it and all seems well again.
At first I thought it was old fuel from last year, but I've run it all out, and have new fuel, but boat still dies. I also changed changed the fuel/water separator, no water found when changing. Last year I had a different issue with the boat running and ended up replacing both low and high pressure fuel pumps, as well as the spark plugs/ wires, cap and rotor, so I don't think they are the issue.
Any other probable causes?
