I would get new ny-lock nuts and then re-bed in sealant.

Good catch Lee! I was thinking the plate looked a little "crusty", sure enough that whole corner is cracked. That's weird. Those plates gotta be stainless or brass right?

Never have seen a closed bow Tige!

The boat started vibrating on acceleration end of season last year. Shop couldn't find the reason, but its obvious they never considered looking at the rudder Hopefully this will alleviate the vibration when fixed?

All fixed but the boat wont idle from the shops service last fall! I was tired of trailering to them and hour away and asked politely for them to come out here...they keep pushing me off...maybe next week...maybe end of next week....I like the owner, but the service tech TAKES NO PRIDE IN HIS WORK! Plain sux! I have no choice but to find another dealer to work on my Tige after this is resolved.

They continue to say the vibration was the broken tracking fin when in fact the fin has been broken for three years, The vibration began end of last season and sure enough once the rudder plate was installed, all vibrations when away...whats the saying????The customer is always right? They just wouldn't listen to me?
