Murphy (maker of the helm system) says SPN 441 means "Auxiliary Temperature #1 High (Most Severe)".
I presume there is a temp sensor somewhere on the engine and it believes it's beyond what it considers its absolute max safe value.
Sorry, that's all I have on it....

J-AL it's going to be the temp senders in your exhausts. They will be covered by warranty. You aren't the first. LKG here on the forum has had the same problem this year too.

It's super easy job to do. I am not sure if you will get it warrantied if a "Indmar dealer" doesn't do the work. Regardless, for the 400 miles worth of gas, your time, and ease, you could buy them and install them yourself. Don't think you will be able to clear codes without diacom though. Not sure if they will eventually clear once engine hits Closed Loop + adapt mode or not, but don't think they will.

Well, that's another problem in itself! I am NOT going to be happy if I have to trailer my boat to the dealership for something I can do myself and especially just so they can clear the codes... absolutely ridiculous if that turns out to be the case....I will find out on Tuesday, and I'll be sure to update.

Just a heads up on this issue for 17 Raptor. Indmar was only paying out warranty if the sensors failed. They just released another bulletin that says they will now pay warranty on all affected serial #s for anyone that wants it done regardless if sensors have failed yet. Guessing that enough in service engines have had issues. So if your serial # is between 198408 and 203133 you can take your boat in and it should be warranty. Indmar only pays .2 hours per sensor but on Tiges it shouldn't take long to change the way the floor lifts up. Other boats are going to be a bit more difficult.
If you are in this batch of serials and it hasn't failed I personally would wait until you have boat back at your dealer for oil change/wint/ or other service and request they do it then. Would also call ahead to make sure they order both sensors and have em on hand.
Happy boating!

Once I received the error codes and contacted my dealer they ordered the sensors and installed them 2 weeks later. He was at my dock for about 30 minutes. Removing and reinstalling the flooring took longer than changing the actual sensors. I'm fortunate as I am located between my dealer's home and his dealership :-)

Orange circle is just the Deutsch connector. The actual sensor is down in the elbow, pre cat but after the exhaust manifold v band clamp. They thread into the double walled cat tubing. Honestly don't know what size wrench offhand. Indmar is knocking it out of the park on this. Been on the ball, and while some have had problems, we have quite a few boats in service that are in the affected serial # range that haven't had issues.
