Does anyone have a good explanation or description of how the "Closed" cooling systems work on the Raptor 400? I've searched high and mighty, but I may need some mechanical professional education. My question really lies in how the closed cooling system works in conjunction with the normal raw water system within the boat.

generally, closed, or more accurately semi-closed, the engine itself is filled and cooled by automotive antifreeze just like a car. To cool the hot antifreeze that has circulated through the engine, it passed through a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is the radiator of the boat engine. The exchanger is then cooled by raw water from the lake circulating through it. The exhaust manifolds are then cooled by the raw water system and water returns to the lake as it does on an open cooling engine.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More
