    Cooling issues 21015R20

    Hi all
In my brand new 2015 R20 Runs fine, but after running it for any length of time I have antifreeze in the bilge. The overflow/fill tank ends up being too full while running and spews out the top. My antifreeze mixture strength has gone from minus 30 degree celcius to 5 below celcius. Operating temperature is good at 160. Too far from a dealer to bring it in. any ideas?

Since it is not running hot, I would replace the pressure cap or have it pressure tested. It could be bypassing coolant at a lower pressure than it should be.

Thanks for the reply. I wonder how coolant could be added to the the fill tank.Is it possible it could be the heat exchanger?

Does the coolant level drop back down after cooling off or does it remain overfull? Has the coolant become diluted without topping it off with water?

coolant level stays high and coolant is getting diluted

I think you are probably correct thinking heat exchanger. It should be a warranty item unless it has freeze damage.
