    06 22ve MP 5.7 running rough/misfiring

My 06 22ve is having issues. At the beginning of the day, it runs fine except under load and hole shots I can feel and hear it missing. By the end of the day, it's missing all the time even at idle. I have changed the cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. Trying to figure out my next step... Compression test??? I'm stumped what else it might be...

Compression test Is wise. Could have a cross fire situation with a blown head gasket.

Mine had a slight miss as well last season, this is what cleared it up for me.
      1. 91 octane with seafoam X2 bottles (ran a full a tank through the motor it in a day to burn any bad gas)
      2. Changed the fuel filter since whatever crap got caught from the bottom of the tank
      3. Fogged the motor with seafoam
      4. Recommended dose of seafoam to the oil in the crankcase (changed oil after a day of running on the water)

I had my compression done when I bought it (June 15') so I knew I was good there, but may be something to check just in case.
My life's journey is not ending up looking pretty, its sliding in broadside, used up, worn out, screaming "What a Ride"

Ok, still having issues. (Out of the country for July). The engine still missing and loses power, it gets worse the longer it's run. I had the ECM scanned, no codes or anomalies. Changed the cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. Also, changed out the fuel filter. I'm stumped on what to try next... So far, the only idea I've come up with is the fuel pump??? Help, heading to Powell Tuesday... Any ideas would be appreciated...

Do a fuel pressure test. Temp OK?

Temp is good... I still need to do the fuel pressure test.

Fuel pressure under load, 57-58psi.... Getting frustrated...

Injectors? There is a place that can test them. There was a previous thread about that. I'll see if I can find it?

Maybe clean out the throttle body carbon?

Not the one I was looking for, but here are a couple of threads to read. I'll keep searching.

Here are a couple of places in Vegas, if that's the problem.

Ok... Determined through load shed test that cylinder number 6 was bad. Changed the injector. And, still cylinder number 6 is dead... We have spark and good compression... I'm stumped to what to try next...

Could it be a timing issue???

Have you checked for injector pulse to #6?
