    Freesh water cooling

    Hi

My TIGE 20 V year 2005 with engine MP 340 HP , is now only used in saltwater . So I want to build a full cooling system , if possibly with the use of plate heatexchanger.
( as I can get them cheap - in stainless steel version ) - but which size ?

When I look at the manifold ,first section has two plugs - but upper only one ? . So when I block off - shall i use both lower connections ?

Can I reuse termostathousing - by blocking off most off the connections ?

Which size termostat , and does the temp alarm need to be reprogrammed ?

    Best regards

Can't answer you the best but a fresh water cooling setup is very specific. However you still need raw water to cool the exhaust. Just get a flush kit and flush each time you come in.
