Help with battery cables please

I see the two 2/0 pos and neg battery cables that go to the starter and the block for a ground. Where are the two smaller pos and neg cables going to. Please see the picture below that has the smaller pos going to this Hi-Amp Buss first. I know its not for the stereo amp because there are another set of smaller cables for that.
