    HELP. Water in Engine

On the way to my house I threw a tensioner pulley and must have either blown a head gasket or cracked the block. I have a 2000 23V and it has been a very reliable and well perfoming boat. It has the 350mpi.

Has anyone gone through this before? What I need is some advice on how to move forward and what kind of money I should expect to pay to get my BABY back. I guess the main thing is take it to someone I can trust. I live in the Northen Virginia area so if anybody knows a good marine mechanic or engine guy let me know.

Thanks Guys Cant wait for the feedback.

Head gasket should run you under $1k. Cracked block, $2-3k minimum.
Don't know anyone in Va. Good luck. If it is the block call your insurance company.
