Vibration from anti-syphon valve/Fuel pickup?

I was running boat on hose to heat it up for an oil change and I am getting vibration from the fuel pickup/ antisiphon valve. Does this mean its going bad?

The vibration occurs while cycling the fuel pump (without engine on) and while engine idles. I have not hooked up my fuel pressure gauge but it appears to be running at idle fine.

Any help is appreciated.

When the engine is running the valve has a spring loaded ball and spring that pulses while the pump is running this is normal.
